Fitness Professional Level 1

Get hands on with individuals as you provide them the resources, knowledge, and expertise they need to create positive health reformations!

Rate: $14 - $19

Fitness Professional Level 1

As a GETM Fitness Professional, you will guide individuals through fitness sessions, track their progress, create action plans, periodization programs, and more! You must have a certification or proof of education.

Independent: Must have means and skills to work remotely. Skills include outstanding communication, self-organization, scheduling flexibility, and timeliness.
Employment Status: Work is part-time or full-time depending booking schedule
Professionalism: You will be expected to have your work speak highly of yourself, to follow the culture set in the team handbook, and to abide by the policies of the department
Customer Satisfaction: You will be expected to have baseline customer service skills, communication, and knowledge.
Workflow: Includes clocking in/out, servicing fitness sessions, touching base with appropriate administrators, communicating availability and hours, and other managerial work.
Education: Expected that you have prior education. Training and some educational aspects will be provided.

Minimum 1 Certification or Formal Education (such as college level)

Rate of Pay: $14 - $19 / hour

Outreach Specialist

Seeking outgoing individuals that are handy with social media and keeping up with the latest trends to engage an audience.

Rate: $14.75 - $25

Outreach Specialist

As a GETM outreach specialist, you will be socially mingling with members of our social media communities, as well as engaging new members through an established social media presence by being both fun and inspiring!

Independent: Must have means and skills to work remotely. Skills include outstanding communication, self-organization, scheduling flexibility, and timeliness.

Odds and Ends: You may be asked to help with several small projects at once, or just a few larger projects.
Workflow: Includes clocking in/out, touching base with appropriate administrators, handling itemized project lists, communicating availability and hours, and other managerial work.

Past-experience with social media account management. College education desired or proof of work.

Rate of Pay: $14.75 - $25 / hour

Technology Engineer

Looking for full stack developers/engineers capable of holding their own with some hard coding, legacy integration, new developments, and more to work independetly and along side a lead developer.

Rate: $16.75 - $27

Technology Engineer

As a GETM Technology Engineer. you will be working alongside the GETM technology team to design, develope, style, and refine various softwares and functional frameworks that are in use and in development.
